As soon as I hit 'pay' I realised I had ordered the wrong size hoop! I did send an email on the friday when I made my mistake and rang them on the Monday just so I could catch them before they wrapped it and sent it. The lovely lady on the phone was brilliant and agreed I had ordered the wrong size for my daughter and altered the order. Very kindly, they wrapped and sent the hoop out that day and we received it, well packaged, the next day. My daughter was thrilled to receive it. She had a competition the next weekend so spent the next few days practicing her routine. I highly recommend getting a hoop wrapped by the legends at Firetoys. They know their stuff and care about their business. I appreciate and thank them for care they showed for us.
The customer service from firetoys uk has been amazing , asked for advice on hanging and was given detailed instructions, any questions I’ve had have been answered quickly and in detail , the hoop is brilliant, and I opted for it wrapping and that has been done brilliantly

I love this hoop! It's sturdy yet not super heavy. It's very smooth, mounting was easy, and I'm kind of addicted to playing on it! The ordering/shipping experience was smooth and quick, too.

I ordered this hoop twice! The first time I ordered the wrong size and had to send it back, and firetoys were amazing through the return process. The customer service people also helped me get the right size! Now that I have the hoop up and I love it. It's light and grippy even without tape, I can't wait to keep using it for many years to come!

Love my hoop! It's a sturdy hoop and lightweight. I like that it has the powder coating on it. Firetoys has excellent customer service and the hoop arrived very quickly.
This is my first lyra that I've personally bought, and it's great. Very smooth, not too heavy, and the attachment point feels sturdy but not bulky. No issues with shipping or packaging.

Got this aerial hoop as an early 21st birthday present and i absolutely love it. Delivered very quickly, perfect condition and no ridiculous excess packaging. Would recommend taping any hoop unless using bare skin as it is perfectly smooth.
This is a fairly light hoop for its size. (41") I expected it to be heavier but it's one of my lighter aerial hoops. It's very solid with no 'ringing' or vibrations.
This arrived quickly and communication from firetoys was excellent. The hoop is excellent quality and is a good width for grip and hip hold etc.
