Hex-Lock Shackle

The shackles have a low profile 6mm bar, and the hex-head pin locks into place very neatly in an indentation on the shackle bar. The indentation means it locks securely and with no protruding pin to get in the way. You will need to use threadlock on the thread of the pin to eliminate any risk of vibrations loosening the pin.

High Strength

The Prodigy Hex-lock D Shackle has a Minimum Breaking Strain (MBS) of 15kN and a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 300kg with a Factor of Safety (FOS) of 5:1.

Each Shackle is individually serial numbered and samples from each batch are proof loaded to 2,300 kg.
