I was unprepared for medium stretch to be this stretchy. The quality is great but I’m used to less of a stretch. No matter how high I rig, (within reasons since I need to be able to Mount) my weight brings the sling almost to the ground lol. I need no stretch? I used them once. Will reorder and replace with no stretch fabric. I love the color options too. Medium stretch feels like a thick elastic for your hair.

The fabric feels really great und is not slippery at all. I really, really like it!

Great quality of the fabric, they responde superfast on questions and my order was shipped the day after I placed it. It was delivered to Sweden in less than a week. Will definitely order from firetoys from now on when im going to shop aerial gears.

The quality of these silks is top notch, the color is perfect and the customer service is equivalent! My silks got lost in FedEx land and Firetoys customer support resent my silks in time for my studios opening!

These silks are just the right amount of stretch and grip. I would definitely recommend for everyone. At first I thought they were too thick and stretchy but over time it became perfect. The color is vibrant and fresh. Would buy again:)

I used it many times and within 4 months nothing happened, they claimed it would get better but it didn't very upset.

Note from Firetoys: these silks will change over time and lose some stretch, but each individual or studio's amount and type of use will differ.

I've been using mine for half a year now and absolutely love them! They're nice and chunky and have a good grip without any rosin or grip sprays! The stretch gives a nice cushion and bounce to drops and takes some getting used to, but now I wouldn't want to go back to less stretchy silks. The yellow color is beautiful and the best shade of yellow I've seen in the market!

These silks look great on stage. The colour lights up perfectly and elegantly. Under stage lights they look like a waterfall and I love it.

The elasticity is good enough to support the body during drops without being too bouncy and the fabric is quite grippy.

All in all these silks are a good buy and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Love the width and bounce of this fabric. Easy enough to grip texture-wise. Doesn't cut into you in tight wraps as much as some other higher stretch fabrics. My current go to fabric!

The product description for Firetoys own brand silks is really accurate and worth reading carefully if you're thinking of buying some as they might not suit everyone. It says they're stretchy and they certainly are. They're great for learning new big drops as they reduce the sudden deceleration but be careful, the extra stretch means you'll travel further than you're used to which can mean you meet the floor (mat!) when you wouldn't with other brands. As it says, they're also quite fat which can make it hard for beginners or people with particularly small hands, and even experienced aerialists tire more quickly. On the other hand all that extra material as well as the grippy fabric makes them much more forgiving of bad technique and you do tend to stay in place when you'd slide on other silks.

Time will tell but they look as if they will last longer than the Voltige silks we also use.

This is my first purchase of professional silks, usually I used a polyester ones from fabric stores. It is really good, took me some time to adjust to medium stretch but it's excellent for drops, you feel the bounce. At first felted quite thick but during using thin a little. So happy with colour and satisified with purchase.

My 60 ft foretoys black silks are to die for! Perfect punt of stretch and durability for me! The silks themselves were not too thin or too thick, def would buy again!

These silks are more of a matte look than other silks I have gotten in the past. While other silks I have used feel super slippery at first and take a bit of rosining to break in, these feel grippy and comfortable to perform on immediately out of the package. I have used these with 50 foot ceiling drop points and they feel great on drops, I have also used them on a very low portable rig and they work great in both situations. Shipping was super fast.

We really enjoy our FireToys silks but they are a little harder to get used to. Our program teaches 8 year olds and older in Aerial Silks and the younger kiddos are struggling with the amount of stretch it has. Although I love them and know they are better in the long run, the couple feet of stretch are making it a little difficult for our beginners.

Ordered these and received them two days later in Australia! Really pleased with them - great material, perfect stretch, vibrant colour. Will definitely be ordering anything else from here!

We are a Circus Theatre Company and we just love using Firetoys silks. They have great elasticity so absorb weight on big drops, great friction and even though a little thick when new, they soon thin out a little so easy to hold and handle. Great for beginners as well with regards to the friction of the fabric. All round, we have used Firetoys silks for classes and performances and would continue to do so. Super duper!

These silks have a nice grip, not too thick, no too thin. The stretch is low but still present and is definitely good for use in the home, which is what I am doing. The shipment and payment were both quick and easy. Overall very pleased.
