Doesn't swivel

I bought two of these. One works great, the other doesn't turn. I'm not sure if using oil would help or not.

Good buy

Strong, sturdy, nice smooth motion. Bought this one specifically as it's pretty compact for its strength, and both weight and rigging length were a consideration for me. Pleased with purchase.
